Darine Rice has taught third grade at St. Margaret Mary School since August 2000. She attended Catholic school for all of her elementary and secondary education and earned her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from UNO. She is also Religion certified. Mrs. Rice lives in Covington with her husband and two daughters. She loves teaching and sharing her faith with her students. She says, “Every day of every school year I learn something new from my students. They’re funny, sweet, energetic, and each class contributes something new to my classroom. It’s great to be able to come up with new ideas and activities to challenge them and allow them to apply new things they’ve learned.”
